Culinary Arts
Marathon High School's Culinary Program is pleased to announce that Dolphin Bistro, the training facility for the culinary program is now open.  We will be hosting dinners on a regular basis to provide the students for hands on learning in a restaurant setting.  The space is limited;and seating with be on a first come, first serve basis.  We will be cooking up something Fintastic for you at the Dolphin Bistro.

The purpose of this program is to give the students experience in working in a restaurant scenario as well as raising money for food and cleaning products for the class. The MHS Culinary program is self supporting. These fundraisers are crucial to the program. We must cover costs and have a little extra for the culinary lab experiences. On behalf of the MHS Culinary Department, I thank you for your support of the Culinary Department.
