Last Meal of the Titanic
April 15, 2012 will mark the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. MHS Culinary Arts Program is planning to commemorate the event with the replication of the last meal on the Titanic. The eleven course culinary masterpiece will be of "Titanic" proportions. Mark your calendars now for the event of 2012.
MHS Dinners Around the World
The 2011-2012 school year is already shaping up to be an exciting time in the culinary program at Marathon High School. We will be hosting "Dinners Around the World." Each Bistro dinner will feature a cuisine from a different country. These will be four course plated meals, and there will be a few options for each course, Including gluten free and vegitarian menue options. Seating is limited and reservations will be required. We look forward to seeing you this fall.
Taste of the Island Winners
Wonderful job to all MHS Culinary Students. We won two awards at the year's Taste of the Islands. We won Best Seafood and Best Appetizer for our entries. Congratulations!
